Recipe: Hyde Bar's Jekyll 75 Cocktail
Grey Goose and prosecco combine with honey, lemon and raspberry in this bright and festive drink from the stylish Galway bar.
During our recent shoot in Hyde Hotel's stylish bar, Jekyll, we fell in love with their signature cocktail.
Featuring Grey Goose Vodka, prosecco and aromatic citrus, honey and raspberry notes, it's the perfect drink to kick off a party or celebration – and lucky for us, the team at Hyde were able to let us in on the recipe.
You'll need
- 100ml Prosecco
- 20ml Grey Goose vodka
- 15ml of lemon juice
- 15ml honey
- 15ml raspberry syrup
Method
- Put all the ingredients excluding the Prosecco into a cocktail shaker and mix.
- Pour the Prosecco into a chilled glass and top with the cocktail mixture.
- Serve with a raspberry and enjoy!
